Allure South Sea Pearls offers a comprehensive aftercare service to ensure the longevity and beauty of all of our jewellery pieces for years to come. 

We offer free cleaning and maintenance checks for all Allure jewellery at both our Broome and Subiaco showrooms. Annual maintenance checks are recommended to ensure your jewellery stays in pristine condition.

We also offer complimentary restringing of Allure pearl strands. It is recommended to have your pearl strands restrung every 1-2 years, depending on how often you wear them.

All Allure South Sea Pearls’ jewellery comes with a lifetime manufacturers warranty, providing peace of mind and protection for your treasured possessions. Defects and damages resulting from misuse, negligence or from accident will not be covered under this warranty, and any repairs may incur a fee.

Store pearls away from other jewellery or objects that may scratch or damage their surfaces. Wrapping your pearl jewellery in soft cloth or placing it in a soft pouch can help to keep it safe

How to clean your pearl jewellery

We recommend using a polishing cloth or damp soft cloth to clean your pearls after every wear or when necessary.

Professional maintenance

All pearl jewellery will benefit from annual professional checks and maintenance. It is recommended to have pearl strands restrung every 1-2 years, depending on how often they are worn.
