Should you receive an item that does not match the description of what was ordered, Allure will accept these items for exchange if the items are returned in the original unused condition, with the original sales receipt, all original packaging and within 30 days of the original purchase date.

AUTHENTICITY & WARRANTY
We pride ourselves on the highest quality craftsmanship and hand-select only the finest South Sea pearls for our couture and ready-to-wear jewellery collections. A certificate of authenticity is provided for all items over $1000 AUD value. Allure offers a lifetime manufacturers warranty for any defects in faulty material and/or workmanship. Defects and damages resulting from general wear and tear, misuse, negligence or from accident will not be covered under this warranty, and any repairs may incur a fee
